The candidate:
- Generates acceleration in your sourcing techniques by provisioning fit to purpose solutions to your technical and business team;
- Builds a category strategy together with stakeholders at all levels of your organisation;
- Has a strong expertise in ICT contracts and - regulation;
- Lives in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
The candidate ICT Procurement manager has the following key qualifications:
- 20 years of in-depth knowledge and experience in ICT business;
- 10 years of sourcing and Procurement experience;
- Negotiation and Vendor management of Information Systems ('IS') categories:
- IS Consultancy Services
- Development Services
- Cloud and Hosting Services
- End User Support
- Hardware
- Contract design for agile service delivery;
- Stakeholder management at all levels (C-level and operational);
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen;
- Procurement process development;
- Dispute handling;
- Requirement management;
- IS Market Intelligence and Sourcing;
- Change- and Project management skills;
- In-depth knowledge of ICT outsourcing;
- Language: Norwegian and English.
Education:
- Doctor of Business Administration;
- Master in IT management;
- Bachelor in law.
