The candidate:

• Generates acceleration in your sourcing techniques by provisioning fit to purpose solutions to your technical and business team;
• Builds a category strategy together with stakeholders at all levels of your organisation;
• Has a strong expertise in ICT contracts and - regulation;
• Lives in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

The candidate ICT Procurement manager has the following key qualifications:

• 20 years of in-depth knowledge and experience in ICT business;
• 10 years of sourcing and Procurement experience;
• Negotiation and Vendor management of Information Systems ('IS') categories:
  • IS Consultancy Services
  • Development Services
  • Cloud and Hosting Services
  • End User Support
  • Hardware
• Contract design for agile service delivery;
• Stakeholder management at all levels (C-level and operational);
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen;
• Procurement process development;
• Dispute handling;
• Requirement management;
• IS Market Intelligence and Sourcing;
• Change- and Project management skills;
• In-depth knowledge of ICT outsourcing;
• Language: Norwegian and English.

Education:

• Doctor of Business Administration;
• Master in IT management;
• Bachelor in law.
