Senior IT Category Manager

Our Procurement Across Technology ('PACT') Association gladly announces that we have a Senior IT Category Manager available as since February 2026 in Belgium.

The candidate:

Has a strong knowledge of negotiations in complex application contracts such as Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP and Security software packages.
Furthermore, he has many years of experience in negotiating complex IT outsourcing projects in infrastructure, networking and security.;
He is a senior supplier manager who closely monitors the performance of your suppliers;
Lives in Roeselare, Belgium.

The candidate IT Procurement manager has the following key qualifications:

He started his career as IT negotiator in 2008;
He is a pragmatic leader with a business mindful focus ;
Negotiation and supplier management in all categories of IT;
Contract design with a good knowledge of legislation;
Management of stakeholders at all levels (C-level and operational);
Strong analytical skills, both at risk and financial level;
Defines purchasing strategies tailored to your guidelines;
Handling of disputes;
Guarantees the continuity of your IT services;
Provides market and supplier insights, including analyses of the competitive landscape;
Enforces best practices in your IT environment;
In-depth knowledge of ICT outsourcing;
Trilingual, fluent in Dutch, French and German.
